As an Accountability Partner, the Business Coach navigates monthly, on a one to one basis, with owners of well established businesses. In order to develop and review strategies that will ensure constant growth and ultimately Good Stewardship.
The Hero’s Business coaching Programme is a support, guidance, accountability, motivational and mentor-like process. It is conducted in a simple, practical fashion to help SME owners on a one-on-one basis to significantly improve the performance of their business, their staff and themselves.
Coaching Methods:
The business owner enters into an agreement with Hero’s Training whereby monthly coaching sessions ( one 2 ½ hour contact session and one 15 minute telephonic session) are scheduled to address the needs and concerns of the business owner. The Hero’s Coach will guide the owner through discussions and mutually agree on suitable strategies to Grow and Improve the performance and ultimately the profit of the business. The Coach will not work in the business or take on responsibility for any aspect of the business but will rather guide the owner on how to get things done and improve the performance of the business. With the permission of the owner, the coach will also spend time with employees where necessary.
Areas to be addressed
Every aspect of the business will fall within the scope of the coaching programme. Issues will however be dealt with on a priority basis, with a specific view to reducing wastage, improving efficiencies and most importantly Increasing Profit. The main areas of the business to be addressed will include but not be limited to the following:
Clients will be provided with a coaching file and the appropriate documents and “tools” .
The Coach fulfills the role of “Support Partner” and “Accountability Partner” to the owner. The monthly meetings are to review progress on agreed plans as well as address new concerns. Short minutes will be kept of each meeting.
Duration of Coaching Agreement
The initial agreement will be for a period of 12 months and will consist of two sessions per month. (One 2 ½ hour contact session and one 15 minute telephonic session). The Coaches will however spend at least two 2-3 additional hours per month on pertinent issues applicable to the business.

This service is provided by Hero’s to Small Business Owners who require advice and guidance on a very wide range of aspects of their businesses. Typically, these chats do not need an extended Coaching Programme but need expertise to resolve an issue or determine a suitable strategy. The time required generally does not exceed 2-5 hours. The service can be provided at the premises of the client or at the offices of Hero’s.

Hero’s has a training venue that is available for hire on a short-term basis ranging from just one day to a few consecutive days. The venue is temperature controlled and can accommodate 24 delegates. All training equipment can be arranged as well as secure parking, refreshments and meals.

Groups of 10 delegates or more R1500-00 per day large training room
Teas / coffees plus light lunches can be provided at a cost.
Groups of less than 10 delegates (minimum 6) are charged at a rate of R200-00 per person per day which includes the teas/coffees.
Secure parking outside the premises – a security guard is on duty
